This policy covers the CCTV Planner at plan.blackcats.in, operated by Black Cats (www.blackcatscctv.com).

Your drawings never leave your device

The planner is a browser application. When you open a floor plan, the file is read and rendered by your own browser. It is not uploaded to us or to anyone else, and we never receive, see or store your drawings, camera positions, camera models or notes. This is a property of how the tool is built, not just a promise — you can disconnect from the internet after the page loads and the planner will still work.

What is stored, and where

So you don't lose work, the planner saves your current project — including the drawing — into your browser's own local storage (IndexedDB) on your device. It stays on that device, in that browser. We cannot read it. Clearing your browsing data, or using ⋯ → Start a new project in the planner, removes it.

Files you export with Share Plan, PDF or Save project are written straight to your device. Where you send them afterwards is up to you.

Server logs

The site is hosted on Hostinger. Like any web host, their servers keep standard access logs of requests for the page and its files — IP address, date and time, browser user-agent and the file requested. These are used to run and secure the service, and are not combined with anything you do inside the planner, because nothing you do inside the planner reaches us.

Cookies and analytics

The planner sets no cookies of its own and does not include analytics.

Third parties

The page loads no third-party scripts, fonts or trackers. Everything it needs, including the PDF engine, is served from this domain.

Your rights

Because we do not collect personal data through the planner, there is normally nothing for us to look up, correct or delete. Data held on your own device is under your control and can be cleared at any time from your browser settings.
